1934
Admiral was founded in Chicago, Illinois by Ross Siragusa.

1947
Admiral company and brand established in USA.one of the first to produce colour television sets.

1967
Admiral Overseas Corporation  (AOC) was established in Taiwan. Later renamed to AOC  international.

1982
AOC brand registered worldwide.
Focus on developing,  manufacturing,  and selling of AOC brand CRT TV and then CRT monitors.

1990
Top Victory Electronics(TPV) purchased the manufacturing facilities from AOC International and then moved the facilities to Fujian, China, and then retained ‘AOC’ as company’s own brand.

1999
TPV  Technology got dual-listed in Hong Kong and Singapore stock exchange..

2005
TPV becomes the World’s Largest manufacturer of computer  Monitors.
Turnover US$ 5 Billion.
TPV completes acquisition of Philips Monitor Division.

2008
TPV retain the No. 1 manufacturer tag, having produced 47.1 Million computer  Monitors.
Turnover US$ 8 Billion.

2009
TPV is a LEADING display Solution provider. 2009 Sales Volume: 56.1 Million units of LCD Monitors & TV’s.
Largest monitor manufacturer – ’09 Volume - 46.1 Million monitors.
10 Million LCD TV.
Turn over exceeds US$ 10 Billion.
